To celebrate our Actor Park Seo Jun’s 34th birthday on December 16th, through “from PARKSEOJUN to 34rTH” campaign, we would like to invite Jeomju to take part in the mangrove planting activity in Bontang Mangrove Park (Bontang), East Kalimantan, Indonesia as a form of our concern for nature preservation. We can interpret Seojun’s 34th birthday this year with actions that benefit many people.

Bontang Mangrove Park (BMP) is a tourist destination with the concept of Conservation, Education and Adventure launched by the Kutai National Park Office. BMP is expected to be the best mangrove education facility in Indonesia. To support the function of BMP as a means of education, there is various information about the types of mangrove forest vegetation along the boardwalk. The existence of BMP is expected to have implications for the quality of the mangrove ecosystem which is getting better and more maintained. Lindungi Hutan (“Protect the Forest”) through a nature campaign will plant Rhizophora Mangrove trees as an effort to prevent abrasion. In addition, mangrove roots have a function to trap sediment, and it is hoped that new land will emerge in the future. Mangrove roots can also accelerate the decomposition of organic waste and chemical waste that can pollute the sea.

Certificate with the total trees we donate will be printed and delivered to Seojun in December 16th 😊

You can join our campaign by contributing as a donor starting from 15.000 IDR (around $ 1.05) per tree. Donations that have been collected will be used for planting mangrove seedlings and for the tree care.
